Is there a trial period of Vectorly product?
Yes! We have a paid trial, $9 for 14 days with unlimited users. If you want to get an overview of Vectorly without paying you can book a 25 min call with one of our people experts.
How much does Vectorly's product cost?
You can select plan or select modules you want to pay for. Find details on Pricing page.
Can you pay for product monthly?
Yes, you can pay monthly. To do this, select the 'Monthly' option on the Pricing page, and then you can pay for the use of Vectorly's features once a month.
How does our pricing work and which pricing plan is right for you?
Pricing depends 2 parameters: number of users and used modules. If you doubt what plan to choose book a call with our team to help you.
What if I change my mind?
If you have paid for an annual subscription and within 30 days of payment you want to delete your account, you will be able to receive a prorated refund. We will automatically refund you the balance of the original purchase amount. Delete your account in Setting & Billing section and you will be automatically credited with a refund. If you have any questions, please contact with help button.
Can I change my plan?
You can always update plan or select additional modules as you go.
How secure is Vectorly product?
The security of customer data is our top priority. We use high technical, physical and procedural safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of data, and we strictly comply with applicable laws.
Do you have mobile apps?
No, we have it on a roadplan for 2023.
What payment methods do you accept?

What if I have multiple Workspaces?
Payment is per Workspace, meaning each Workspace requires an individual upgrade.
How am I billed when I add new members to a Workspace?
Vectorly bills you based on user tier. Find available tiers on Pricing page.
What happens if I cancel?
You're free to cancel at anytime! When you do, your current plan will last until the end of your billing cycle, unless you choose to downgrade immediately.
